The divine Plan, as presented in the Ageless Wisdom, is the archetypal blueprint for the evolution of our planet. It is an expression of the purpose held in the mind of the Divine Thinker, the Supreme Being of Earth, who creates through the power of thought. His evolutionary intention for a given epoch is conveyed to members of the Spiritual Hierarchy who formulate the Plan and transmit it, in turn, to the minds of advanced souls dedicated to the greater good of humanity and the lesser kingdoms.
